How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 8-12 months before your wedding day, especially during peak wedding season.  This ensures you secure your preferred date & allows time for trials and adjustments.

What is included in your Bridal Package?

It depends on what services/package you choose.  Some choose to do both hair & makeup with us, some choose A La Carte services.  Our most popular is "Ready to Paaarty," which includes the Bride & entire Bridal Party.   Each package is customized to meet your specific needs.

Do you offer Trials before the Wedding?

Yes!  Trials are a KEY part of the entire process.  We collaborate to create the perfect look that reflects your personal style.  We take detailed notes on what you like & want to change, so your look is flawless on the wedding day.

How long will my hair/makeup last?

We use high-quality, long-wearing products, and techniques to ensure your hair and/or makeup stays flawless from the moment we start, past the last dance. A touch-up kit is provided with every service as well as some tips & tricks so you can look your best all day & night long.

Can you accommodate large bridal parties?

Absolutely!  We have a talented team of professionals that can accommodate any size party.  The more the merrier!  We will make sure everyone gets Something Glam on your wedding day.

What do I need to do to prep for my trial?

Please come to the trial with clean, dry hair and/or a fresh cleansed and moisturized face.  We will discuss exfoliation as well.  We will also prep your skin prior to makeup.  Please bring any inspiration photos or ideas you have in mind for your look.  Please wear a button up shirt or a robe so you can change easily without messing up your hair or makeup.

Do you offer on-location services?

Yes.  We provide on-location hair & makeup services.  Whether it is at your home, hotel, venue, etc. Travel fees apply.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

We understand how important it is to be comfortable in your skin on your wedding day.  If you have sensitive skin or allergies, let us know in advance.  We will use products that are gentle and suitable for your needs, or if you prefer to bring your own skin prep, that is fine too.

What if I have fine or short hair?

Hair extensions are a great add-on for volume and/or length!  We can help you find a reputable hair extension brand and color to make you feel like a Princess on your wedding day.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes.  A Contract will be signed & deposit will be taken following your trial to secure your wedding date.  No deposit is required for trial appointments, however we do ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice.

What if my wedding day gets delayed or cancelled?

We understand things happen.  If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.  Cancellations are subject to contract terms, which will be provided during the booking process.
